The Dallas Cowboys will be without Pro Bowl passed-on tackle Tyron Smith for a huge stretch to open the season.
Smith experienced a separation crack of the knee in Wednesday's training and needs a medical procedure
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport detailed Thursday. Smith won't be back on the field until December, if at this season.
"We'll have him and we'll have him with flawless timing," Jones said
We'll have him in that San Francisco game - - what might be compared to that we had last year - - and perhaps we won't miss the mark."
