‘Yellowstone’ Actress Q’Orianka Kilcher Charged With Workers’ Comp Fraud

‘Orianka Kilcher, who played Angela Blue Thunder on the hit Paramount Network series Yellowstone, has been accused of two criminal counts of laborers’ pay misrepresentation.

As per the California Department of Insurance, Kilcher unlawfully gathered almost $97,000 in handicap benefits. As revealed by Deadline, The Alienist alum professed to have harmed her neck and shoulder while recording Dora and the Lost City of Gold, bringing about her not having the option to work and turning down jobs. Nonetheless, the state’s examination found that Kilcher had acknowledged filling in as an entertainer on Yellowstone from July-October 2019.
Kilcher’s lawyer, Michael Becker, let the Associated Press know that his client plans to “energetically represent herself and requests that she be managed the cost of the assumption from blamelessness both in and outside the town hall.”

Becker added, “Outsider specialists checked her physical issue and qualification to benefits. Ms. Kilcher was consistently real with her PCPs and treatment suppliers… and she never purposefully acknowledged benefits that she didn’t completely accept that she was qualified for.”
